BOC-3 Filing

The BOC-3 is required under 49 CFR 366. The BOC-3 is a necessary part of authorizing an operating authority granted by the FMCSA. 

A blanket-of-coverage filing is a list of process agents in each state that would  accept legal documentation on your company's behalf in the event of any legal proceedings that originate outside of your base state.

We provide a lifetime filing that does not need to be renewed annually. Should you need to make any changes to your business legal name or address we can amend the BOC-3 at no cost as long as you notify us ahead of time. We attach the BOC-3 filing to your operating authority electronically. From there, you will receive a confirmation email along with a digital copy of your BOC-3.
