Driver Qualification File Renewal

The Driver Qualification Files required under 49 CFR 391 are to be updated every 12 months. The update will include information about the individual, the company they are working under, the most recent copy of their driving record, etc. The driver will have to complete a 5-minute renewal interview with our administrative team in order to gather the required information and confirm the information we currently have on file.

After the interview process has been completed, we will email out the renewed file, typically within 2-4 business days. The file will need to be printed, signed, and kept on file at the business location, replacing the existing file you have.
