IFTA - Quarterly Filing

IFTA Quarterly Reports are required for any carrier who has an active IFTA account registration. 

The quarterly reports include what states you’ve traveled in, how many miles traveled, and gallons of fuel purchased in each state. The reports are due at the end of each quarter (January - March, etc). These reports must be sent to your base state’s IFTA department to determine any overages or amount due to your state.  

Our legal department will file the quarterly reports on your behalf. You will be sent an information requesting the documentation listed above so we are able to complete the report. You will be notified if any additional taxes are owed based on the information submitted in the report. We will contact you to notify you of any credits or amount due based on your report
