Intrastate Authority

Intrastate Authority filings are generally required for carriers who are both picking up and dropping off loads within the state during the same trip. The filings grant you the authority to operate within the state if you meet the requirements.

Once your order has been submitted our legal department will contact you for any necessary information to complete the application. The time it takes to receive your authority can depend on which state is being filed for. Our legal department will provide time frames to the best of their abilities when they contact you.

NOTICE: Prices listed are the base registration costs. There may be small additional costs depending on how many vehicles are being included on the intrastate authority filing. You will be contacted by an agent who will confirm the number of vehicles and inform you if there are any additional costs.
