Failed a Safety Audit?
It’s not over yet, we can help.
Having been in the Transportation Industry for as long as we have, we’ve seen Carriers, who didn’t have any assistance, fail a Safety Audit. The good news is, this isn’t the end of the line.
If you have already failed a Safety Audit and are scheduled to be placed out of service, or have already been placed out of service, we’re able to get you back on track through a “Corrective Action Plan”, or “CAP.” Upon failing a Safety Audit you will receive a “Failed Audit Letter” - this letter is a list of any discrepancies the Safety Officer found, and the reasons you have failed. Based on the information in this letter, we are able to customize your CAP and get you back on the road.
Due to the high variability of each failed audit letter, there is no blanket program that is designed to place you back into service. You will need to contact us directly so we can determine what your CAP will entail.
When you contact us you will be assigned your personal Compliance Agent who will walk you through the process of getting back into service, and gather the information required to create your personalized CAP. The average person has failed the Audit due to not having the appropriate registrations in place, like a Drug and Alcohol Consortium, so we will also register any filings you need in order to be in compliance. We will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that you’re always informed and up to date.
