Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel, or have questions about your account, we strongly advise you to reach out to us by calling or emailing your agent, messaging us on the live chat feature, or contacting us directly on social media. We are extremely quick to respond to any of these methods and it allows us to address all of your concerns as fast as possible. Our primary goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our service. The following cancellation rights are afforded to you by Idaho Code § 48-1004 and IDAPA 04.02.02.056 AND .057.


You may cancel a transaction, without any penalty or obligation whatsoever, within three business days of the date in which you receive confirmation of the purchase.

To cancel a transaction, deposit in the mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of a written cancellation notice, signed and dated, to the address listed below on this page. This must be done no later than midnight of the third (3rd) business day after receiving the confirmation of a purchase.

If you cancel, all payments or other consideration which may have already been made by you will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt of your cancellation notice.

If you cancel a transaction, you must return the goods to the business within twenty-one (21) days of the date the refund is received by you.
