“After about 4 hours of filling out the application for my USDOT number and dealing with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, I received a call from Brandon. I thought the call from Brandon was just an extension of the torture I dealt with the application, but it was the exact opposite. Brandon couldn't have been more helpful and down to earth. He made me aware that I had filled out the form incorrectly and paid $300 that I was not required to pay. He not only corrected the application, he also for the non-refundable $300 back for me!
