BOC-3 Filing

The BOC-3 is required under 49 CFR 366. A blanket of coverage filing is a list of process agents per state that would accept legal documentation on your company's behalf in the event of any legal proceedings that would occur outside of the state that you are based in.

We provide a lifetime filing that does not need to be renewed annually. Should you need to make any changes to your business legal name or address we can amend the BOC-3 at no cost as long as you notify us ahead of time.

We attach the BOC-3 filing to your authority electronically. From there, you will receive confirmation emails along with a digital copy of your BOC-3 that you can print to keep with your records.
