Motor Carrier Authority - Reinstatement
The Motor Carrier Authority Reinstate is for MC Numbers or other authorities that have been either voluntarily or involuntarily revoked. An authority can be revoked for any of the following reasons.
Insurance coverage has lapsed
Insurance coverage has been cancelled
Insurance provider was changed and not updated appropriately
BOC-3 was removed
BOC-3 is no longer valid due to change in company name, or address, and was not amended
Owner has chosen to revoke authority
Once it has been revoked, you will be unable to use the authority until a BOC-3 is filed, insurance policy is attached, and the reinstatement is filed. Our legal department will complete the reinstatement filing on your behalf and once filed, the authority will go into an Authorized Status within a few business days.
Upon checkout you will be assigned a compliance agent who will confirm the accuracy of your order and review any additional requirements for you to operate legally.
