Motor Carrier Authority Undismissal (Reapply)

The MC Un-Dismissal is required to be filed for those who have an authority that has been dismissed by FMCSA. Your authority may have been dismissed if you did not attach a BOC-3, or attach an insurance policy within 90-days after first applying for the Authority.

In order for us to file for the un-dismissal, the BOC-3 and appropriate insurance policy need to be attached to the Authority. Once these steps have been taken our legal department will submit the paperwork to FMCSA to restore your authority. Once filed it typically takes a few business days for your Authority to be authorized.
